Tate, Sr. have partnered to combine their design, engineering and construction expertise to specialize in building custom luxury homes all over the world—from conception to completion. Norman Saia, Jr.
Norman Saia, Jr. is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and a graduate of the University of Alabama. After graduation, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to launch several successful businesses. He began a career in construction in 2002 and has since gained notable recognition in building everything from restaurants to custom estate homes. Winner of the 2005 Gold Parade of Homes Award, Norman is a licensed homebuilder in Alabama and an internationally licensed homebuilder in the Bahamas.
Steve T. Tate, Sr.
Steve is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Construction Engineering. His scope of experience is broad—from baseball stadiums to lakeside estate homes designed by world-renowned architects. Steve is a certified Earth Craft Builder with a focus on sustainable development and green building. He is licensed in Georgia, South Carolina and an internationally licensed homebuilder in the Bahamas.
